Summary of Semester 1 in KML

I'm BACK!!!!! (for a week..T.T)Exams are over and it's been a good sem1 there. Still hate it though. Except for my girlfriend, that kinda changed everything.

Anyway, today's post is going to be long (I HOPE) and it will be a summary of my SEMESTER 1 in KML.So you all know what happened in the beginning so I won't repeat it. Let's start from....somewhere in the middle.

IT WAS GETTING TOUGH. Well, duh! Why wouldn't it? That's college, a place filled with sadistic minded lecturers doing their jobs as mental and physical torturers. Swell. Not all of them are bad though. Not gonna mention names here so all you have to know is that I like going for English classes and Maths. Chem and Physics tutorial lecturers are not bad but the lecture is....OH MY GOSH horrible.My day is not getting any better too. Everyday I will wake up, get ready, walk A THOUSAND miles to the lecture hall or tutorial room, eat at the canteen for a couple of times and go back to my dorm to play my laptop and dinner and sleep. Repeat that, say 6 months.It's a good thing I have my All Saints friends with me. At least I know them. Me and my just-became-close-friend Julian comes to my room everyday to play my laptop and will bang our heads out with metal music. We listen to power, death, black and folk metal. He listens to prog metal, I DON'T.

Have I ever mentioned about the food there? I guess I did but anyways, no harm repeating, aye? The cafe next to the boys' dorm has reduced their food prices and that's a good thing IF the foods themselves are nice! They don't serve anything else but 5 different dishes of chicken and sausages, eggs and vegetables. Annoying and repeatitive. The 2nd cafe, which is in between the guys and the girls dorm serves food that are SO OILY AND SO SPICY so I never really go there anymore. The 3rd canteen at the girls' dorm is my favourite. Food there changes everytime and cheap too and my place to hang out with my tutorial mates and my girl. HEHE. :)

Enough about food then. Now, my studies. Yes I've mentioned just now that it's getting tough and its tough to cope but there are a lot of my friends who are smart and helpful... the least you can say about me :P I LOVE MATHS. My favourite subject during high school, chemistry...is now my worst subject. I don't get a thing (not that I really study that anymore) and the lecturer can actually murder me. Physics is getting nicer tho. I wouldn't say I love it but it's getting there :) .You know, I'll probably get kicked out because my exams were not that good. One word, TOUGH. They were so easy that I couldn't answer them. Sigh. I kinda screwed up English but it doesn't really matter, no pointers for that subject. So basically I might get kicked out and this will be my final post of KML. Results are out on the 1st of December.

Next semester (SEM 2) will start next week and I'm looking forward to it. I will have sports activities this time. URGH....! This sem, and I'm not kidding you, is THE sem that is feared by all the lecturers. They've said that this will be time where everybody starts getting LAZY and the already-lazy people, will get...well...how should I put this...worse. Truancy and not doing the tutorial work will be a hobby. Well, not everyone will be like this of course. Those that are LOYAL (Yeah...right) to their studies will be the boring ones and most probably ISOLATED from the community (Gosh...I don't wanna be that...but I have to study). Anyhow, I hope that this will be a good sem with a whole new batch of lecturers for my lectures and tutorial classes. I hope I don't get kicked out so that I can enjoy all of this.

Ah, that pretty much sum things up. Nothing else to say anymore so I'll leave you now and do comment if you can. :) I'll appreciate that. Hobey-ho. And so we go.

Back from Hell

Hello there!
After 3 months in college I'm beginning to like it there....-ish. I'm accepting the community there but I still ABHOR the school and the study system. So-called university-like environment. Yeah, I'm sure. All i do is listen to my death/power metal mp3s during physics and sometimes skip lectures (Yes....bad thing to do but what the heck)
Anyways, I've got myself a girlfriend after breaking up with ...'her'. Sigh, we had a good 11 months together but we're just too far apart. I don't think I'll be revealing my new gf's name or pic. HAHA!
The mid-sem exam. I think I did pretty bad. No wait....I actually did bad in it. Somebody actually beat me in english. 2 people actually. I was in a pretty bad mood after my lecturer announced the results. I guess I'll have to try harder....I can't wait for the Muet examination.
Hmmm...physics...i really don't know what to say about this subject! I hate it in every way...no idea why I took this in the first place (have I mentioned this before...ROFL). I'm guessing I totally screwed this subject during the examination.
Now, typing this in my sweet, personal and OMGWTFBBQ room in my house, I feel like I finally have my own piece in mind...isolated from studies (temporarily)....from THAT place...and for the first time in so many weeks I could actually feel like I'm human.
The new Pendragon novel is out...and Artemis Fowl The Time Paradox too.....not forgetting Garth Nix's Superior Saturday...3 of my favourite novels..I just can't wait to lay my hands on them....oh wait...I already did....hahaha!!!! But I have only started with Artemis Fowl.
Since last Saturday (9th August) I've been going out a lot. Spending my college allowance as if I'm born to do that....sigh...I've no self control when it comes to money. But anyway, it's better than spending them at labuan. I'll be on a shopping spree during this holiday...whee~!
I think I've said a lot already so I'll be signing off now....so many things to do...so so many...homework that I'm suppose to finish but too lazy to do...oh well. Till next time, hobey-ho! :)

Still hating it

Darn it!
I'm still sick of my college but what the heck can I do, huh? And I finally got my own laptop! Yay for me! The lecturers don't speak english well (most of them) and they totally have no what-so-ever idea if it's not in the book. That's all they know. Stuff from the book.....shait.
Then there's this project where i have to design some utter crap or something or other. I mean...this has nothing to do with anything. Why bother taking it..sheesh.
Well I don't have much time now so I got to go. I'll update my blog as soon as I can...

In the coolest part of Hell

Hobey-ho!
I haven't been posting lately because I've been occupied with school and all. Sigh....I'm doing my matriculation in Labuan and last week was the orientation and it was THE MOST horrifying experience ever! (or so I think)

I'm over that now and it's time to start studying. I still remember the Biology lecturer telling us "Welcome to the coolest part of hell". And I don't think he's joking. I mean look at the place..the bedroom is small...and the toilet....OH MY GOSH...is horrendous! I guess I'll have to get use to that.

I'm still waiting for my books and I don't even know what class to go to tomorrow! They never bother to tell.....sheesh....

Then there's this issue about the food.....not only they're all expensive but the girls' canteen have much nicer food compared to the guys! Then we all end up going there instead and it's not just for the food :P

I didn't really make a lot of friends because I'm not that type of person. I've always preferred being alone (sometimes) and avoid group studies 'cause it's useless.

There's nothing much to say so far. I guess I'll have to live another week to make sure how things work there.

OOOHHHH yeah!!! Just when everyone thought that RvB is over, it's back. I'm serious. RoosterTeeth's number ONE Internet movie is now on its second series.

Now I'm not sure whether they will continue using their old casts but what I do know is that they have picked up where they left of in their Recovery One series.

Pretty. Odd. review

Panic at the Disco's latest album is out now....and to be honest, it's quite disappointing to me. Besides not having their usual mysterious circus kind of tune they now have some kind of.....The Beatles rip-off and they've dropped their trademark exclamation mark (PANIC!) and replaced them with a couple of periods (Pretty. Odd.).

Only some songs are worth listening to like "Nine in the Afternoon", "That Green Gentleman"....and a few more. Other than that are just disappointing.

Well, this is my first blog...like...in my entire life!
I don't know what made me do this but everyone is doing it and i kinda got into it too :)

First post....hmm....what to say? what to say?
Well, I'm just sitting here waiting for my uni application to be accepted. Hopefully I get into what i applied for. HOPEFULLY :p

As i sit here waiting for it, there's really nothing to do. Beware future school leavers! Boredom is about to strike all of you. I'm serious.
